1. Agreement – Terms
All access of any area of www.virtualhr.com.sg and virtualhr.com.sg ("VHR Website") is made available by Virtual HR Pte Ltd (“VHR”) and is governed by the terms and conditions below (“Terms”). Should you disagree with these Terms, or are dissatisfied with the VHR Website, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use. By accessing or using the VHR Website, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound to the current version of these Terms.
2. Use of the VHR Website

You understand, acknowledge, and agree to use the VHR Website for lawful and proper purposes and not to use the VHR Website in any manner which:

  • interferes or attempts to interfere with the operation or functionality of the VHR Website,
  • circumvents any security features of the VHR Website,
  • involves harmful, obscene, defamatory or illegal information or any other form of information that creates liability on VHR’s part,
  • breaches any applicable law or regulation, or
  • causes or which may cause an infringement of any third party rights.
3. Not Professional Advice
While the VHR Website is meant to be helpful, it is not intended to substitute for and do not constitute HR, legal, taxation or any other type of professional advice. The information is best used in conjunction with the services of a VHR consultant or any other appropriate professional advisors who have full knowledge of the user's situation. If you choose to act on the information on the VHR Website and its content, or materials linked from the VHR Website, you do so at your own risk.
4. General Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The contents of the VHR Website have been compiled carefully. However, the VHR Website and its content are provided on an "as-is" basis. We give no warranty, either expressly or tacitly, for the completeness or correctness of the details provided on the VHR Website. Please be aware, in particular, that third-party content may appear on or be accessible from the VHR Website. VHR is not responsible for and assumes no liability for any third-party content.

The accessibility and operation of the VHR Website rely on technologies outside our control. We cannot guarantee continuous accessibility or uninterrupted operation of the VHR Website. Neither does VHR warrant, either expressly or tacitly, that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the VHR Website or any of the technologies that make it available are free of any virus or other harmful elements.

Access to and use of the VHR Website and of any associated sites or sites connected via links take place at your own risk. We accept no liability for loss, damage or compensation claims arising from the use of the VHR Website and its content, including but not limited to any loss or damage:

  • That you may incur on account of using, visiting or relying on any statements, opinion, representation or information on the VHR Website,
  • Resulting from any delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, internet access difficulties or malfunctions in equipment or software, or
  • Proceeding from the conduct or the views of any person who accesses or uses the VHR Website.
5. Intellectual Property Rights

Materials, including source code, pages, documents and online graphics, audio and video in the VHR Website are protected by law. The intellectual property rights in the materials is owned by or licensed to VHR. Unless written consent has been obtained from VHR, no permission is given to import published and copyrighted content from our Web site to other programs or Web sites or to use such content in any other way. VHR at its sole discretion without notice may change any part of the VHR website at any time or deny access to the VHR Website to anyone at anytime.

By uploading or otherwise transmitting content to the VHR Website, you automatically grant VHR perpetual and irrevocable right to use such content in any manner VHR chooses, including, but not limited, to copying, displaying, performing or publishing it in any format whatsoever, modifying it, incorporating it into other material or making a derivative work based on it. To the extent allowed by applicable law you waive any moral rights you may have to content you upload or otherwise transmit to the VHR Website.

No use of any VHR trademark, trade names, trade dress and products in the VHR Website may be made without the prior written authorization of VHR, except to identify the product or services of the company. VHR explicitly prohibits linking that involves unauthorized use of our logo, and framing or metatags.

6. Personal Data
VHR is concerned about the protection of your personal data. You will find information on the use and protection of personally identifiable information in our Privacy Policy.
7. Website Communication
Except as expressly stated and agreed upon in advance by VHR, no confidential relationship shall be established in the event that any user of the VHR Website should make any oral, written or electronic communication to VHR (e.g. feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, etc.). Such communication and the information therein will be deemed to be non-confidential and VHR will have no obligation whatsoever with respect to such information and may reproduce, publish or otherwise use them in any way for any purpose, including, without limitation, the research, development, manufacture, use or sale of products incorporating such information. The sender of any information to VHR is fully responsible for its content, including its truthfulness and accuracy and its non-infringement of any other person's proprietary or privacy rights.
8. Remedy for Violations.
VHR reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms.
9. Severability of Provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VHR with respect to access to, and use of, the VHR Website. If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, or conflicts with any other provision of the Terms then the unlawful, void, unenforceable or conflicting provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.
10. Modifications to Terms
VHR reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated versions of the Terms will appear on the VHR Website and are effective immediately. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms. Continued use of the VHR Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The law applicable to these Terms is the law of the Republic of Singapore and the courts of the Republic of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
