Why would the VHR Website collect my PII? And, how can I control how the VHR Website collects and uses my PII?

How long is my PII kept?

VHR will generally only store PII as long as it is needed to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.

How can I access or correct my PII?
Simply drop us an email with the details of your request at webmaster@virtualhr.com.sg. In the event that your PII has been securely stored or destroyed, VHR may not be able to allow you to view your PII without comprising company security policies and reserves the right to levy a reasonable administrative fee to facilitate this service.

Updates to and Interpretation of this Privacy Policy
VHR may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time and the updated versions will be posted on our website and date stamped so that you are aware of when the Privacy Policy was last updated. Subject to applicable laws, the prevailing language of the Privacy Policy will be English. In the event of any inconsistency in interpretation between the English version and any translation of the Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy statement in English will prevail.
