The Enemy and Opportunity Within
In the age of social media word travels fast. For organisations, it’s a real risk. A disgruntled employee with access to company information and a wide social network can seriously damage your reputation.
But social media doesn’t have to be anti-social. There are ways to mitigate the risks and there are steps you can take to help your company deal with the fallout should the worst happen. Properly implemented, they can also help you leverage the power of social media as a communications tool.
Join Virtual HR, Rajah & Tann and Ogilvy Public Relations at the Enemy and Opportunity Within, where they’ll discuss the importance of employee education and social media management.
