New Self-Help Groups (SHGs) Contribution Rates
The Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC), Eurasian Association (EA) and Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) are Self-Help Groups (SHGs) set up to uplift the less privileged and low income households in the Chinese, Eurasian and Indian communities respectively.
Over the years, the programmes and assistance schemes managed by these SHGs expanded to meet the growing needs of the community. Hence, to ensure sustainability, the SHGs will be revising the individual’s monthly contribution rates to the CDAC Fund, ECF and SINDA fund with effect from 1st January 2015.
